This Privacy Policy describes how Sadaindex DIFC Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"), registered at Dubai International Financial Centre under entity number 2018/4421 and licensed by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), collects, uses, and protects your personal data in compliance with the DIFC Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020) and applicable UAE regulations.

2. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:
- Contract performance: Account creation, investment execution, reporting, and client services.
- Legal obligation: AML/CFT compliance, DFSA regulatory reporting, tax obligations, fraud prevention.

Technical and usage data is retained for up to 24 months.
